There is nothing like making a Superman Craft for kids! Not only its fun for kids but also nostalgic for parents who grew up adoring superman themselves as kids.
Our generation grew up on the classic superheroes and superman was definitely the favourite with most of us! So when my son showed the slightest interest in superman, I jumped at the opportunity and made this easy Superman puppet craft with him.
Easy Paper Bag Superman Craft for Kids
This Superman craft is quite easy to make, All you need to do is print the template and glue in the pieces to make this adorable superman craft for kids of all ages!
By the way, it is a perfect craft to make for Father’s Day to show your affection to your very own superman.
Supplies for Superman Craft:
- Colored cardstock paper or thick craft papers
- Paper bag
- Pencil
- A pair of scissors
- Craft glue
- Sharpies

How To Make Paper Bag Superman Puppet Craft:
Step 1: Select construction paper for the skin tone (head), black or dark brown paper for the hair and red, blue, yellow colored craft papers for the costume patterns. Trace the template patterns on the selected craft papers and cut them out. Use a red sharpie to draw the logo on the logo base.
Step 2: Paste the hair cutout on the top part of superman’s head. Attach the thin yellow strip on the top of the underwear cutout.
Step 3: Glue the eyes on the head of superman. Use a black sharpie to draw the nose and mouth of the paper Superman craft.
Step 4: Cut a rectangle from blue construction paper for the costume base, according to the size of the selected paper bag. Paste the boot cutouts on the bottom of the blue costume base.
Step 5: Glue the underwear in the middle of the costume base and the superman logo just above the underwear.
Step 6: Paste the cape cutout on the back of the base pattern.
Step 7: Take the brown paper bag and paste the superman’s base on it.
Step 10: Finally attach Superman’s head on the flattened base of the paper bag to complete the paper bag Superman puppet.
Wasn’t that easy to make? This Superman paper craft only takes a few minutes and is super fun to make.
