Fun Paper Plate Parrot Craft

It uses a simple paper plate to cleverly turn into a parrot! What’s more, it comes with a free template to make crafting easier for young kids.
Supplies:
- Cardstock paper
- Craft glue
- Pencil
- Paper plate
- Acrylic paint
- Paintbrush
- Craft feathers
- A pair of scissors
- Brad pin

Step-by-Step Instructions To Make Parrot Craft:
Step 1: Take a paper plate and trace the wing pattern on it. Cut it out. Next, trace and cut out the head, eye, beak and leg patterns on craft paper.
Step 2: Paint acrylic paint of your choice on the half-cut paper plate and the wing cutout. Allow the paint to dry.
Step 3: Select a brad pin of similar colour as the acrylic paint. Place the wing pattern on the top of the body base pattern and fix them at one corner using the brad pin.
Step 4: Paste the head pattern on the paper plate, covering the brad pin and glue the beak cutout to the front side of the parrot’s head cutout.
Step 5: Next, paste the eye cutout on the head part.
Step 6: Glue the leg cutouts on the bottom side of the parrot craft’s body.
Step 7: Lastly, paste colourful craft feathers on the wing part and on the bottom side of the body base for the tail feathers.
