Instructions
Time needed: 20 minutes
- Print the template
Download the paper bag lemur free template and cut out the patterns on colours of your choice. We used light grey for body, black craftpaper for the big eye cutout and yellow paper for the medium eye cutouts.
- Make the eyes & ears of the ring tailed lemur craft
Paste the medium eye cutouts on the big eye cutouts.Next use a black and white sharpie to complete the eyes as shown. Similarly, glue the inner ear cutouts to the main ear parts of the head cutout and glue the ears on the head cutout.
- Make the face of the Lemur
Glue the eyes on the head on the lemur and using a sharpie make a cute nose & mouth. Also add blush on the cheeks.
- Make arms & tail of the Lemur
Glue the hand cutout to the round end of the arm cutouts and draw striped texture on the tail cutout.
- Make the body of Paper Bag Lemur craft
Take a small brown paper bag and cover a side of the bag with craft paper in the colour of lemur’s body. Next, paste the feet cutouts on the bottom side of the covered side of paper bag and glue the belly cutout to make the body of the lemur.
- Attach arms & head
Paste the head and arms of the lemur craft on the body of the lemur.
- Attach the tail
Glue the tail of the Lemur from behind to complete the Lemur’s body.
- Attach the prop
Lastly, slip the leaf between the Lemur’s hand to finish your ring-tailed Lemur craft for kids
