Step-By-Step Instructions To Make Paper Giraffe:
Step 1: Take a small section, nearly the size of an origami sheet, of yellow construction paper and make it into a cone. You would need to trim the base with scissors to make it stand.
Step 2: Using glue gun, paste the orange pipe cleaners to make one long orange pipe cleaner.
Step 3: Wrap the orange pipe cleaner around the marker to make the giraffe’s neck.
Step 4: Attach the orange pipe cleaner on the yellow cone to make the giraffe’s body.
Step 5: Draw a giraffe head on the cardboard and cut it out. Glue it to a yellow construction paper and cut it out as well to make the head of the giraffe.
Step 6: Cut out a small section from the orange construction paper for the mouth of the giraffe and paste it on the giraffe’s face.
Step 7: Make the eyes, nostrils and smile of the giraffe using black glitter pen or a black sharpie.
Step 8: To complete the ears, cut two small ovals from orange paper and paste them to make the insides of the giraffe’s ears.
Step 9: Cut two small pieces of brown pipe cleaner and glue them at the back of the giraffe’s head to make its horns.
Step 10: Cut a thin stick from the popsicle stick and glue it to the back of the giraffe’s head. Insert it into the head of the cone and glue it to keep it from slipping.
Step 11: Glue the face of the giraffe with the free end of the orange pipe cleaner.
Step 12: Cut the ends of two popsicle sticks to make the hooves and paste them on the yellow cone as shown.
Step 13: Lastly, cut ten small orange circles and paste them on the giraffe’s body to make its spots.
