Gnome Leprechaun Craft

This paper gnome leprechaun craft is simply so much fun to make! Its free printable template includes two Leprechaun gnomes to make and play with.

Easy and quick to make, it can be fixed in under 15 minutes and is a perfect Leprechaun craft for toddlers, preschoolers, kindergarteners and older kids.

Supplies for Leprechaun Gnome Craft

· Construction paper – Black, white, pink, grass green, light green & yellow

· Pencil

· Glue

· Two-way tape

· Scissors

· Pen Cutter

· Template (grab at free printable at the end of the page)

Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Paper Leprechaun Gnome Craft

Step 1: Print the template and select the set of gnome craft templates you would like to make.

Step 2: Trace the hat and cloth pattern on light green; pot of gold and feet on black craft paper; beard and moustache on white paper; nose and hands on pink craft paper and gold on yellow construction paper.

Step 3: Cut out small circles from grass green and light green paper.

Step 4: Paste the circles on the hat cutout to make a cute polka pattern on the gnome’s hat as shown.

Step 5: Using a pen cutter, make a slit along the yellow line of the pot of gold cutout.

Step 6: Insert the gold cutouts halfway through the slit on the pot of gold, making sure that the top halves of the gold cutouts are visible. Use glue to stick the gold coins on the pot.

Step 7: Paste leprechaun gnome’s shoes on the bottom of the cloth/dress cutout.

Step 8: Next, using two-way tape, stick the top of the beard cutout on the cloth/robe of the gnome Leprechaun.

Step 9: Paste the moustache and the nose on the beard of the Leprechaun craft. Make sure to glue only the lower side of the nose to the moustache and leave the top of the nose free from glue.

Step 10: Slide the leprechaun’s hat under the nose and glue it to fix it on the beard.

Step 11: Paste the pot of gold in the centre of the beard.

Step 12: Lastly, glue the hands of the gnome leprechaun on either side of the pot of gold to complete your cute leprechaun craft.
