- Construction paper
- Cotton
- Googly eyes
- Glue

How To Make Rocking Penguin for Kids
Step 1: Take black construction paper and cut out two ovals for the penguin craft. We will use one for the penguin’s black coat and the other to help the penguin rock.
Step 2: Trace the body of the penguin craft as shown on yellow craft paper and cut it out.
Step 3: Paste the body on one of the black ovals.
Step 4: Next, cut out two small black ovals for flippers, diamond for bill and two tiny ovals for feet from orange craft paper to make the body parts of paper penguin craft.
Step 5: Glue the googly eyes, bill, feet and flippers on the paper penguin craft.
Step 6: Next, cut out a small white circle for the belly of the penguin and paste it just below its bill.
Step 7: Take some cotton wool and pull it along the sides to fluff it up. Paste it on the belly of the penguin to give its belly a nice woolly feel.
Step 8: Lastly, take the other black oval and fold it into half. Glue it at the back of your cute paper penguin craft.
