Easy Butterfly Puppet Popsicle Stick Craft
This easy Butterfly puppet craft is a fun way to keep children busy and help them practice cutting, folding, gluing to boost their fine motor skills. Quick to make, this Beautiful butterfly puppet is sure to keep kids happily indoors on sunny afternoons and rainy days.

- Craft paper
- Popsicle stick
- Scissors
- Glue
Instructions
Time needed: 15 minutes

Take craft papers in two different colours of your choice. Draw two big circles on one colour and two slightly smaller circles on the other. Cut out the circles and glue the smaller circle in the center of the bigger circle.

Fold the circle cutout into half and make a firm crease. Next, start making accordion folds from the crease all the way to the boundary of the semi-circle.

Unfold the folds and pinch the circle at the middle to make a winged shape.

Glue the opposite folds to the wing of the butterfly. Similarly make the other wing of the butterfly puppet using the other two circle cutouts.

Cut two thin strips of paper to make the antennae of the butterfly. Curl them using a pencil or a scissor.

Glue the wings and antennae to make the butterfly. Finally, paste the butterfly on the popsicle stick to make your cute and adorable Butterfly Stick Puppet.
