How To Make DIY Paper Puppet Halloween Gnomes
Time needed: 20 minutes
- Print and cut the template.
Print out the free Halloween gnomes template and cut it out. Trace the template pieces on construction papers of your choice in Halloween-themed colors.

Cut slits along 2 opposite sides of the small square paper cutout (hat band buckle). Insert the gnome’s hat’s band strip through the slits.
