Take the flipper cutouts, apply glue on the outer edge along its straight side and paste the glued side on either side of the penguin’s body. Keep the rest of the flipper free from glue.
- Glue the heart on the penguin craft’s body.
Apply glue on one side of the heart cutout and paste it on the inner side of the flipper cutout; keep the other side of the heart open.

To make the face of the Penguin craft, use a black sharpie to draw the eyes and pink sharpie to draw blush spots on both cheeks.
